The team did a great job to ensure that my every need was met. Great communication even when there seemed to be misunderstandings. The gift delivered was just so great as described in the website. My receiver was so happy and surprised that such service was still available in this period marked with the pandemic. Great job guys !!

My project involved delivering baskets to recipients in multiple countries, some employed at hospitals, on a strict deadline with COVID19 and winter storms in the mix. I was very concerned about customs because of the overseas nature of my project but because Gift Baskets Overseas has vendors fulfilling and delivering orders in so many countries I did not have to deal w customs and was able to include food and drink items my client wanted that would have been prohibited otherwise. I was given up to date COVID19 and weather information on all of my countries which helped with timing decisions. Diana and Mariana provided great service -- I felt like they were members of my own company. Recipients loved the baskets and my client was very happy! This was my first project w Gift Baskets overseas and I will be using them going forward!

I had an excellent experience with Gift Basket Overseas. There was a variety of gifts to choose from within my budget and the process to submit a bulk order with multiple addresses was quick and easy. All questions I had were answered almost immediately by the professional and nice customer service representative. When one of the gifts was unable to be delivered (not due to Gift Basket Overseas issues), they informed me immediately and we worked it out with the recipient. Their follow through and follow up was timely and thorough. Great experience all around!

It's very easy for us (in Europe) ordering a gift basket (hamper) for our partner in Beijing. I love the ease of ordering and the on-time delivery. We have been using Giftbasketsoverseas for several years now and we are very pleased with their service.
