Very dishonest company, I canceled the day I opened the account due to insurance not covering the meds. They continued to try and charge my card for the medication that I canceled with my “representative” who’s supposed to be helping me for 2 weeks until they did it late night where I wouldn’t see it to decline the charge. Now I’m out $200 for something that was supposed to be canceled. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and a charge back with my bank. Stay far away from them!

The only problem I had is, they kept trying to charge my credit card, but my bank thought they were a fraud. I straightened that out then they didn’t even get a hold of me and all of a sudden it’s like your medicines on the way. I wish I would’ve gotten called. But it is what it is.

I added cards I know where full or connected to my bank I could not get to go through . I have a card pays for alcohol swabs for my grandson and vitamins, over-the-counter would not work . It’s too complicated. I am going to my doctor today . I have cancelled my membership.
