Adding another review because of how difficult it is to cancel membership and work with Zealthy. I canceled my membership in April and received no confirmation email. I have been getting messages to order a new prescription all week, thinking they were automated and did not update that I canceled my membership, and did not consent to replacing an order but was charged $189 today. The email I received this evening said an order was processed and that it would be for $275. I have had to cancel my bank card in order to not get charged and this is absolutely ridiculous because I did not consent to ordering a new medication. Semaglutide made me sick and I have been advised by real medical professionals not to take it

Easy process

They are very thorough in keeping track of patience's progress. They offer suggestions tailored to improve the patient's overall health care regime on a daily basis. The website is very user-friendly, and it is very easy to stay on track. The instructions are easily accessible and ascertainable. I received sound advice, and I believe my health is improving because I now have more stamina and energy.

I am so frustrated with this company. I am on my second week of Trizepitide and I am still getting requests for more info so they can process my order! They keep telling me that they are requesting payment from my insurance company when I already told them (at least six times) that I know my insurance isn't covering it, that's why I paid for 3 months out of pocket. I also told them I had a savings card that could get me the medication for 0 to 25.00 a month. They ignored that and it wasn't sent to my pharmacy. I told them all of this in the very beginning. I paid 49.00 in March, 135.00 in April and waited until May to get the prescription. Then pre-paid for three months and only received one month. Why should I be billed way ahead of time for something I don't have? This should be a monthly billing cycle with option to cancel. I have no idea why I am paying a membership fee. I don't have a person I can speak to, I keep getting replies from customer service that they are contacting my insurance for the millionth time. My prescription says 10 mg, but only contains 5 mg of actual Trizepitide. I am on my second week. No real appetite suppression and not one pound lost. Granted I eat right and am very active. I just have a pesky 30 lbs I gained during menopause and I was hoping for big things with this. It's only a couple of weeks, so I'll give it a little time, but I'm beginning to wonder how much real Trizepitide I'm getting. UPDATE 5/22 So the link provided below just gets you back to the website not someone to personally contact. I don't have an assigned care coordinator after 3 months. Alll I get are responses from customer service with different names of a care coordinator. Then on the same Day they contacted my insurance again after telling them for the umpteenth time not to. Next they tell me I have a prescription for Ozempic sent to my Pharmacy. I never requested Ozempic, nor do I want Ozempic! This company is a nightmare. Then I get three responses from three different people and one said that the response I gave. was unhelpful...What????

The significant time and energy I have invested in seeking resolution have only strengthened my determination to escalate this beyond the Better Business Bureau.
