8!! That’s the last count of how many times Zealthy has tried to charge my credit care after cancellation. Please read my previous review of confirmation of cancellation. Consumers beware!!!

Hello Calene! We understand that unwanted charges can be frustrating. We want to assure you that we have voided the pending charge on your account, so you will not be billed for the membership renewal. Additionally, we have canceled your account to ensure that there will be no further charges from us. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reply to the email we just sent you from [email protected].

Please do not utilize this service if you have actual needs. On three separate dates I sent messages regarding the prescription dosage and prior medical information that would alter the required medication. Each time I was told I would receive a response within a couple of days. However, the only time that I had good communication from them was after canceling my membership- after receiving a shipment of medication without having spoken with a dr… Only after canceling the membership did I have my FIRST opportunity to have a virtual appointment with a medical professional. Save your money- save your time- save your health and weight loss journey- use a reputable source. They sent me medication without a medical consultation which also makes me question all parts of the program (only a questionnaire and photo). I made an expensive mistake and not have spent over $600 to have medications that I don’t feel safe using in my body- don’t do the same.

Hello Stephanie! We are so sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience while using our services. We do our best to get back to you right away but it can take up to 1-2 business days, at most. When you sign up with us, the information you provide in your Intake forms is provided to the Provider. This is how they review your eligibility for medication with us. You can also request at any time to have a phone/video call when you would like to speak to your Provider. When it comes to the medication we prescribe, it is 100% safe and comes directly from reputable pharmacies. For more information on the medication, please use this link https://www.getzealthy.com/post/exploring-semaglutide-access If there is anything further we can do to help, please feel free to respond to the email we have just sent you. We are always more than happy to help!

Hello there Olivia! We are so sorry to hear that you are having these problems while using our services. We do see that you stated you were offered a free month and we apologize that you were charged for it. We have refunded back the fee. When it comes to the prescription, you were signed up for a Medication Subscription which automatically goes out monthly. This is now canceled out so you will not be charged again. If there is anything else we can do to help, please reply to the email we have just sent you.
