Warning for insecure portal Just got another warning

Everything has been very smooth, messages have been replied to promptly. My medication came when they said it would. I’m very happy with Zealthy. In 2 weeks, I’ve lost a few pounds and notice a big decrease in my appetite, and I’m more aware now more than ever of what I do eat as my goal is to lose weight and keep it off.

I heard a lot about this product and decided to try it myself. I am genuinely pleased.

I received a notice on my last review on this company and from what it says they STILL have no idea of the problem I had. They’re speaking about the provider having issues— it wasn’t the provider it was their entire system. In addition I keep getting messages from them responding to the old messages I sent to their team. I’ve called(they don’t answer their phone), I’ve emailed too. Basically the response that was given is not true. Once again, I encourage everyone to stay away from this company. I’ll be updating all my reviews on other websites as well To the response below… I’m not having trouble, you all are having trouble. I’ve left you phone messages and no one gets back to me. I’m not wasting my time with email either—I’ve done that too. Please stop making things up. The whole situation is absurd to me. I canceled my account and I would never give you anymore of my money. It’ll be two weeks tomorrow that I’ve been dealing with you. I’m already out $49 dollars for literally no service and you still have no idea what you’re doing. In fact the only thing you’ve accomplished is writing incorrect messages to me trying to either side step the problem or avoid it all together. If you want to make it right, give me my money back or don’t give me my money back, whatever. At this point just stop lying. Everyone… look at the 1 star reviews. They’re all saying the same thing. Lies, taking money and no follow through Interesting how some people CAN get their money back but for some reason I was told no. Here’s a reply, from zealthy to a customer in the review section: “ We did confirm that the membership is canceled out and the $49 is refunded. As for our Contact Information, we are seeing for some reason our Contact Tab is not working and we are looking into why and getting it fixed.” Notice the tech issues! The company is so shady!

Zealthy is amazing!

Zealthy is a scam!!!! They stole my money and refused to give it back. They never helped me. Do not go to them for anything. I also canceled a month in advance and they kept trying to charge me.

The doctors and coaches are great.

I received my package pretty quickly I did pay for next-day delivery it was Friday and I received it Tuesday. Everything was packaged great and with instructions, it had everything I needed down to alcohol pads. So far it's been a great experience.
