Hey there Diane, we are so sorry to hear that you are having a hard time getting your membership canceled out. To cancel your membership, find the manage membership tab in the personal information section of your patient portal and you can cancel there. We are also more than happy to help with the cancellation. You can call us at (877)870-0323 or email us at [email protected]. You can also find the Contact Us page below. We were able to locate your account and confirm the account has already been completely canceled. We would happily refund the recent fees, but see you have disputed them. If the disputes are removed we would be happy to refund the fees back. Hello again David. We have emailed you with additional details but wanted to reach out here as well. We have expedited the order with the pharmacy and paid for Next Day Air with the carrier. As soon as we get tracking we are going to reach out to you. We have also refunded 20% off the order due to the delay with the order. Hello Morgan, we did some digging and were able to locate your email. It did not get auto-sent to our inbox but instead the Support team's which is why we did not receive the message. We have confirmed that you were Approved for a prescription with us but we were not able to locate the prescription locally. When this happens we can either run your insurance for another type of the same medication or look into different medication options that are not covered by insurance. We refunded the $49 back due to not being able to find you the preferred medication. If the dispute for $216 was removed, we would be able to refund the fee, as you were not moving forward with the service. Hello Tiffany, we are so sorry to hear that there was a change to your prescription that you did not want. We do see your Provider changed the prescription type which is why you received the order you received.  We again apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
