Simple questions - great communication. - Easy to get started and to have someone to talk to and help through your process ( to me that’s the most important ) especially because everyone is different - and a different story - it surely makes me more comfortable ( at ease ) to have that support - Thank you so much - can’t wait to get started

Company tried to charge my account 3 times, luckily my bank realized it and stopped all but one. Then, after 4 days my prescription is still in the pending phase, not even been filled yet. I've cancelled my subscription and requested a refund, I'm not paying for meds I still don't have. Currently being "escalated" to the pharmacy area. Edit: it is now a full week since the money was removed from my account and a prescription placed, the prescription still has not been filled, they keep saying sorry but nothing is happening, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hello! I’m sorry to hear about the concern surrounding the payment attempts, prescription status, and refund request. I understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting for an update. I’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account, cancellation, payment history, and pharmacy escalation so I can clarify what occurred and help determine the appropriate next steps. Please email me directly at [email protected]. Thank you!

Customer Service, or lack there of, is the worst I’ve seen. Actually talking to a real person is impossible, and sending emails with hopes of a response that will help isn’t happening either. I have been trying for over a month to get a copy of my records, and I still haven’t been able to talk to anyone. I’ve also submitted 2 requests on their website, and have gotten no response at all. Stay away from this company!!!!

Refill was simple to request. The Dr was quick to respond and ask if there were any issues with current medication and dosage. Shipping was fast and efficient. 🙏 thank you
