I have signed up for 6 months of care as required to receive prescriptions and yet I still keep receiving text messages and emails threatening to cancel my PA unless I sign up for more care! I have messaged this in the portal and I have spoken to multiple people at Zealthy about it and it keeps happening. Makes me constantly think I will have my care stopped in error. I also updated my weight, uploaded a new picture as required when asking for a refill and I had to contact the company on the 4th business day to see what the status was, and then I was asked all of the questions I had already answered in the portal. Additionally, I keep receiving an error message asking me to "update" my pharmacy preference which I do, (it has remained the same) but the error message remains.

Hello Elizabeth! We completely understand your concern with receiving these messages. We would love to take a look over the account, and the messages you are receiving and reach out to our technical team. Can you please email [email protected] with the email address on your account and a screenshot of the messages you keep getting? Once we get these screenshots we can then look into why you are receiving them and help ensure you do not receive them in the future. We look forward to your email!

The coach was the only nice part of this. I was told my medication would be covered but I had to pay for 2 months of membership to get the script issued. I did so, get to the pharmacy, and they want $1,600. Then, I'm charged $25 for a video call I didn't schedule. Run far and run fast, it's a scam. Currently trying to get my membership canceled because I know my money is long gone.
Response from ZealthyMay 21, 2024
Hey there Mary, we never want you to feel this way while using our services. We are so sorry to hear that your medication was approved but the out-of-pocket costs were too high. We can see if your Provider has a coupon for the order to help lower the costs. We can also look into a refund for the membership if you no longer plan on using it. As for the $25 it has been refunded to you. We are going to be emailing you from [email protected] to further help you with your account and refund details. We look forward to working 1x1 with you.

My first order went great so helpful and nice and easy. When it was time to reorder it was hard. It was over a week and half to get it. Then I was changed 2 times I got that taken care of, I know things happen. I am hoping my next reorder goes better.
