I've been working with Zealthy for the past 3 months. I really appreciated 1.the ease as to signing up and recieving my medication within a week and 2.the access to a health coach as well with any questions or concerns I had. Prior to zealthy I had spent weeks trying to find anyone who carried Zepbound. It was very frustrating. Working with Zealthy has been the complete opposite of that. *****UPDATE - AWFUL EXPERIENCE AFTER POSTING THIS INITIAL REVIEW*************** I tried to order a refill through their app and was getting the wrong dosage. I contacted the company several times saying that there must be a glitch in the system because the dosage it was suggesting wasn't my current dosage, it was double the dosage and cost. After over 1 month of going back and forth with no help, and asking to get a call back from one of their providers (they never called) I ordered a 1 month dosage that was equivalent to what my 3 months dose was. I even explained why I was ordering the 1 month higher dose because I had gone 1 month without the medication and no one was able to help resolve the issue. Instead they changed the dose to a smaller amount (not the amount I actually requested) and charged me MORE. All without even calling me like I had been asking or 1 month. I would NOT recommend this company. No one seemed to know what was going on. I got the run around & got messages that were very "generic nice" without following up and reading up on the issue I had. I'm still dealing with a dispute and the headaches and time i've spent and lost is no joke.

Everything has been so easy. They keep close contact with you with several different disciplines of servers. The GLP -1 Medication is working as it is supposed to.

So, I sign up for the website on 06/23/24 due to a three week long delay if waiting for a prior authorization from my primary physician. I received news on 06/24/24 that my prior authorization was approved by my physician. And I was able to get my medication that my physician prescribed through my pharmacy after 7 pm EST that day. I could not call Zealthy during that day because customer service line was closed according to their website customer service line closed at 8 pm. I am a person who prefers to talk to someone through the phone rather than email. So, I called on 06/25/24 which was the next day, I called Zealthy customer service line. Because I no longer needed their help to get the medicine and I was told it was in process but have not shipped and they would escalate the cancelation of my order and that they can not close my account until I hear from the pharmacy which was fine with me at that time. Then I received a call from pharmacy on 06/26/24 stating that the order was cannot be canceled and that order has still not shipped but label was created on 06/25/24 for the medication to be delivered which is the same day I asked to canceled my order. The Zealthy pharmacy told me that their medication will be delivered on 06/27/24 between 10 am to 2 pm EST. I had told him I will not be using their medication because I already start taking the medication the doctor prescribed and that I canceled the order on 06/25/24. Zealthy pharmacy said I should have call within 24 hours of placing the order in order to cancel for Zealthy which is ridiculous. I asked the pharmacy to close my account. He said he would send me the link and never send anything. Instead, this company trying to keep my money. Anyways, I was be filing a BBB complaint against the company if a refund is not provided to me.

Terrible service! Stay away! After waiting several weeks for my first prescription it was sent to the wrong address. When I finally received it the medicine didn’t work at all. They claimed they refunded me but 3 months later I have no credit. I’m now working with my credit card company to dispute the charges.
Response from ZealthyJun 27, 2024
Hello Robert, we apologize that you did not receive your first order from us. We do see that we did send out a replacement order. Please keep in mind that every person's body is different and how the prescription affects your body in the first few months can differ, especially depending on your lifestyle. We know it can be disappointing to not see the results you would like. We do see the amount $749 was refunded back to you as of 2024-05-23. If you are not seeing the refund, please email [email protected] and we can help look further into this. Thank you!
