Hello again Donna, we are more than happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have with your recent prescription. We do see your Provider has reached out to you regarding any side effects you may have. You do have access to your Zealthy account until June 28, 2024. You should have no problems signing in and reading any messages in your Zealthy portal. If you are not able to read the message sent from your Provider on June 26th please email [email protected] with the subject line "TrustPilot" and we would love to relay the message to you.

We have double-checked your account and we can assure you that there are no other active memberships on your account. We have refunded the $300 and you will see that back on your card within 5-7 business days of 2024-06-25.
