They are complete liars
They are complete liars! this is close to fraud! Lets not even talk about the charges. The interesting thing is they would say they submitted a request to my insurance and it was denied and then would push their own stuff. Then another one denied and so on. I have canceled this 5 times both through email, chat and by manually doing it the app section and still get billed. Interesting thing is I decided to reach out to my insurance and they NEVER received a request from them! SO I filed a BBB compliant and magically my insurance approved me for one of them (this was their answer in the BBB compliant) so I reached out to my insurance again and Guess what....AGAIN NOT TRUE.

Hello Ashley, we are sorry to hear that you are feeling this way after using our services. Reviewing your account, we are seeing that 2 of 3 Prior Authorizations were denied. One of the Prior Authorizations does show it was approved back on 04/20/2024. At this time, we would need to submit another PA for up-to-date insurance approval. We do see your account is canceled out and the June fee has been voided out. There will be no future charges from us.
