Hey there Rachael, we are so sorry to hear that you are not having the best experience while using our services. We do see your Provider reached out to you back on the 23rd regarding your current prescription. If you would like further help with your prescription, you can reply to your Provider. You can also request at any time to speak to your Provider via phone if you would like to go this route rather via messenger. Hello there, we completely understand your concern with your Prior Authorization. We reviewed your account and need to verify the exact name the policy is under your date of birth, as the insurance was stating the information we provided off your Zealthy account was incorrect.
