The most important aspect, for me, that made my experience "great" was the personal input of the counselors. They took into account the specifics of my life and offered helpful suggestions which would fit into my individual circumstances. The detailed diet plan worked as a good guideline and the exercise suggestions were also helpful.

I was looking through the Zealthy advertisement. I started entering things to get a quote. I saw the next day that money had been taken out of my paypal account. I immediately emailed for my money back. I never even completed the whole profile. There was no way I was approved for service. My money is gone and I have taken every step to have them refund me. Unsubscribed, sent messages back to every email they sent. The only promise I get is that if I continue my subscription that I can get a discount. All I want is my money refunded for a service that was not given, or even fully applied for. Update I have been given a refund. It was not easy. I was quite angry with all of the emails from the different departments. And nobody would do anything until I posted the bad review.
Response from ZealthyFeb 9, 2025
Hello Trena! I sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience about the emails. Please know our designated team refunded already the payment for the bundled plan that was charged. You may contact your financial institution for an update of your refund. Your experience matters to us, and we’d really appreciate it if you could update your review once we’ve had the chance to help. Looking forward to hearing from you!
