I wish I could give Zealthy 0 stars. Super Shady. They said they were going to get prior authorization from my insurance company prior to billing. I also told the "coordinator" who said to simply upload my insurance car from my dashboard and that my insurance company was "easy to work with". However, there was no option to upload it. When I told her this she said "It' therre somewhere; look around. I told her again that there was no option and she said" Sometimes it takes a little time to show up. Contact support if you continue to have issues." About an hour later the charged my cc. Again I asked them to contact my insurance company. I asked the provider not to ship the medication until my insurance provider was contacted. No respons so I emal support. I went back and forth between 5 differrent throughout the course of the day. Each persons had a different excuse. No resolution and closed my ticket. I don't think these people know how to work with an insurance and. it's obvious they don't. even try. Save yourself the time and money and go to Ro or Hims. Update: They just refilled my order for another 3 months without notice so they have sent me (3) 3 month perscriptions in the past week. This time it was a different "care provider". I had removed my credit card from my portal so they couldn't bill me again but they somehow were able to add it back in.Totally irresponsible and usafe. Support is silent and still closes cases without resolution. At this point, I'm considering reporting them to the FTC.

If I could give no stars I would. This company charged me on Feb 7th for my membership and $329 for meds. It clearly states I will not be charged at the same time as the membership. I wanted to use my insurance. I reached out on the 7th and 8th when I realized they did this and requested a refund on the 8th. Called and spoke to someone on the 10th stated I wanted a refund! They told they would process the request! 2 hours later my order is being processed and they are texting me Fed ex details! Shady company. I canceled my membership. I never spoke to a doctor and they are sending out meds already after I requested a refund on the 8th. Buyer beware. Update to Zealthy response: I requested for a refund BEFORE my order went out. I received Fedex information on FEB 10TH. I requested a refund and stated I did not want the medication on FEB 8TH The order was not processed. On the 8th Delfina from Zealthy stated she would inform the billing team of my request to cancel! Another Zealthy employee confirmed on the 9th that they would reach out to the billing department as well. I have screenshots of all correspondence! Your company was aware that I requested a refund and stated I did not want the medication. The order went out on the 10th. Again AFTER I requested a cancellation

My first month was fantastic! I couldnt believe how quickly my weight went down, and without being hungry very often. Just got my first bump up in meds the day before yesterday. No side effects yet. Hoping for another quick loss.
