I do show that you verified your ID during the sign-up process using Vouched, and have your ID and insurance card on file for you. I understand wanting help with this order. Hello Maury! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.  I do see that our team has refunded the $39 fee as of 2025-07-21. I can also confirm that your membership is canceled. The refund can take 5-7 business days to post back to your card, at most. Hello Allison! I am truly sorry to hear about this unexpected fee. I understand wanting to receive help, and I am here to help! I first refunded the $135 and emailed you the refund details. I also ensured that your renewal date is correct to ensure you do not have to worry about additional fees. As for the email received, please go ahead and disregard these emails.
