Don’t subscribe!
I subscribed because I’m pre-diabetic and my doctor thinks trying a GLP-1 injection might help regulate my blood glucose levels. I was barraged with emails from providers but none communicated clearly and wouldn’t answer my questions. Then, the company kept trying to take $135 from my account but I don’t know what for. They were very unclear how their subscription works and the costs involved. Very unhappy with their service and would not recommend using them. If you do want to subscribe only use a credit card and not your debit card.

Hello Ann! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I am truly sorry to hear that there has been confusion about how our weight loss program works. When you sign up and pay the $39, we let you know that you are signing up for a monthly membership. We also provide you with the next charge date and amount, which is $135. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.
