Horrible. Customer service is awful. I couldnt believe the agent's email, basically telling me it was a scam and I got got! Do not go to this company. They charge even after youre account has been cancelled, first clue its probably a scam.Even the icons on the screens dont led you to where you want to go. Their customer service member sent me an incredibly unprofessional email that addressed none of my concerns. STAY AWAY!!!

This company is a complete scam. They will charge you for random shit and for the montly membership when you already paid for 3 months . See photo. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Figures they are out of Miami the scam capital of the world. Will be putting in complaints to the BBB and with credit card company

I came across the web page click on it. Sound ed good at first. They asked me for my card information before they verified my identity. And before I talked to a health care provider to see if I was approved to take the weight loss medication. Needless to say I change my mind. I didn’t feel right. Look at bank statement June 14th $39, July 5 $135 and they are trying again August 4 2025. I have emailed customer service six times to tell them to stop charging my card and to give me a refund. All I get is “I’m sorry for the confusion” blah blah blah. This is the best part, of course they have a not return policy but I cancel anytime. WRONG!!!! Since I didn’t finish my intake I can’t access my account. Not until I verify my identity!!! What a joke. Today I found out that The United state has filed a law suit through the federal government and the federal trade commission for the same reason I complain about. Avoid Zealthy!!! They are thieves!!!!!

THE COMPANY WEBSITE ASKED FOR CREDIT CARD INFO TO PROCEED WITH SIGN UP PROCESS. AT THE END OF A SERIES OF QUESTIONS THEY ASK ABOUT INSURANCE. I SAID I WAS ON MEDICARE THEY THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT I WAS INELIGABLE FOR THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR APP TERMINATED OUR SESSION. NOW I DISCOVER THAT THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES WHILE DELIVERING NO PRODUCT AND I GET DAILY EMAILS SAYING PLEASE COME BACK TO OUR SERVICE. IF YOU CALL THEM ALL THEIR OPTIONS SATATE THERE ARE NO LIVE AGENTS AVAILABLE AND THEN HANGS UP ON YOU.

The entire experience with Zealthy was abysmal and quite honestly as a provider myself I do not know how they remain in business, providing such poor quality healthcare!! I am hoping that if we all keep complaining and pointing out to the company, how poorly they’re running and how they’re taking our money and not giving services that we will eventually drive them out of business to lot more organized, and intelligent companies that provide the same service to flourish as it is possible as I have found a new company and they are doing a fabulous job so obviously it was not me. I cannot spread the word enough to all my patients and everyone in the community not to use this company you will be greatly disappointed as all they do is apologize but do nothing and they hide behind that you signed up to be screwed over and it’s OK. It is such a sad world we live in when people are getting rich and not providing what other people have paid for. Hopefully healthy will be getting what they’re due in their large lawsuit in which I am going to see how I can join to be sure that other patients and community members are not taken advantage of by this terrible company and it’s poor operational and poor healthcare quality standards that they’re currently allowed to operate in. I just wanna add that since this review went in now they’re starting to try to bill my credit card even though I’ve canceled they know how much I detest their terrible service. Luckily, I gave my credit card. The notice not to let them charge any further. And of course that card has been canceled so it’s never going to go through and do you know they keep trying even though I’ve canceled since this summer and I have actually put in no further communication with any provider coach or put in any orders for medication, what are they charging me for? They’ve acknowledged I canceled how all of a sudden they’re able to try to charge my credit card again people be warned not a good company not operating under good faith they are just going to take your money and provide nothing but grief

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. When I signed up I was a bit startled by the pricing. I decided to go ahead and give it a try to see if it worked. My bank stopped the charges as possible fraud. I released that hold. I continued to get a message probably once an hour that my payment did not go through. The next day I thought, hmmm, I bet that might be correct and paid the $610 again like a fool (thinking the first hold charge would fall off). I then had both charges come out and since last week have gone back and forth with like 20 different people providing proof then being told by the next person that they reviewed my account by email and show I was only charged once. I have begged them to check a different way other than “email” to no avail. Late last week I asked yet again and got someone who told me that they submitted a refund notice to “management”. Today I checked back in and was told they checked by my email and I was only charged once. I do not think they even read or reference all of the previous emails attached to the whole string of messages. I am beyond frustrated and angry at myself for being duped out of $610. I have also messaged them through their online portal and texted as I was advised to do. They have some pretty aggressive techniques, but I wish that customer service was one of them.
