Ordered a cpap machine here. Was so much cheaper than anywhere else for the same machine. About 4 months after I got it, it tore up on me and had an internal motor failure. They shipped me a new one no questions asked. I know it’s under warranty but I didn’t even have to deal with the manufacturer. I will use this company for years to come if I need another cpap machine.

I cannot recommend this product. I bought the wrong device. Customer service usually responds quickly, but they are not responding to my request to return the unused unit. For the past week, my messages have suddenly gone unanswered. I have read about similar behavior from the company online. Furthermore, the software has limited functionality; many rhythm disturbances go undetected and have to be manually identified in the ECG.

When the ring was broken I got in 5 days a new one!!! There was no problem, I just had to send the Foto where it was broken! Thank you very much!!!!

My wife and I have both been using the BP2A Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor along with the ViHealth App for a few years now. Together they keep a complete history for both of us separately. We highly reccommend! :-)

Great product but the last one only lasted 15 months. Will see how this one survives. If this one only lasts 15 months I will try another brand!
