I love Wellue products but what i love the most is the customer service!! They are the best!! They helped me not only once not twice they helped me many times!! Thank you so much again!!

Other than a great product, I had an issue that was immediately resolved by customer service and unit replaced quickly.

My first review stated that the item was not what we expected based on the description and photos on the website. I had planned on sending it back, but I was offered a partial refund instead to keep it as a backup. I considered the offer from Wellue customer service quite generous and fair, so I accepted it. In fact, I have dealt with Wellue customer service in the past, and I wad pleased with their rapid and kind response.

Absolutely everything I was looking for and more

I have been using the portable oxygenator now for 5 days. The design and functions of this unit are second to none! It is lightweight, easy to use and the battery(s) last a long time. Kudos to Wellue for their engineering of this oxygenator! Great work! Thank you, Richard D.

Excellent customer service, and when used to show trends and general spo2 monitoring (within 1-2% of medical grade devices) it is perfect. I’ve been wearing mine for over 6 months and the detailed report it generates has been helpful during doctors appointments.
