WellueReviews of getwellue.com

The pads on stick for a few minutes. I have ask for a refund but no one has responded to my emial.

Have bought two of these devices in past 4 years. When it works, it is great, but downloading recording from device to 'ECG Data Management' application is very tricky and unpredictable. Thinking it might be a faulty cable connector, being simply unlucky in my first purchase, I bought a replacement ER1 unit only to find the same problems occurred with the replacement ER1 unit and its connecting cable! Recording seems to occur faultlessly but what good is it when you cannot access the file from the ER1 device using the cable provided and get it analyzed on the ECG Data Management app! Frustrating and unreliable! A waste of money!

Unfortunately, it isn't even close to being accurate. My BP was 205/130 in my doctor's office yesterday and the watch said 163/97. Also, I have 2 other Omron monitors and they both give much higher BPs than the watch. I'm a medical professional and know what I'm doing. I really had high hopes for it, but I’m very disappointed.

I placed an order on Sept 21, 2026 and received order confirmation via Ship app. When I emailed to ask when it would ship, Wellue support replied that my order shipped on Tuesday Sept 22 and that I would receive tracking within 48 hours. I have not received tracking number even after 4 days. When I track my order through Wellvue website it say “can not find order.’ When I track via the Ship confirmation email it says Wellvue is still preparing order even though customer service said it shipped. I have asked Wellue to cancel my order. They do not reply to my emails. My credit card company confirms the charge posted which I will now dispute as Wellue shows no evidence of of fulfilling my order. Avoid this company.

I cannot recommend this product. I bought the wrong device. Customer service usually responds quickly, but they are not responding to my request to return the unused unit. For the past week, my messages have suddenly gone unanswered. I have read about similar behavior from the company online. Furthermore, the software has limited functionality; many rhythm disturbances go undetected and have to be manually identified in the ECG.

Sadly and unfortunately they seem to have changed their software making their chest strap ECG monitors practically unusable. Plus it's very difficult to understand who actually owns this company as they seem to trade under both wellue AND Checkmecare which is very confusing. So I bought a wellue chest strap ECG monitor in 2023 after suffering significant but intermittent arrthymias and it was absolutely wonderful. Did the job perfectly and enabled my doctor to finally help and diagnose me. I bought an additional one in 2025 so I could always have one and a spare and unfortunately that one produced significant and severe artifact on slight movement which meant it was unreadable and unusable. I contacted wellue who said it was a hardware sensitivity with the one I'd bought. They said they no longer manufacture them so they would give me a refund and they then pointed me in the direction of Checkmecare (yes I too am confused by this). Anyway I recently bought the new model off Checkmecare on Amazon and it's the same as the previous model, just with different colours and newer features. I used it this afternoon and exactly the same issue as the previous one! Severe artifact on very slight movement. I had only been in bed and half of it was completely unreadable. Plus I'd been wearing it for around 4 hours but for some reason it'd only recorded the last 30 minutes or so. So another item that has to go back. I suspect it's a software issue or hardware issues across all of this particular model but they haven't addressed it and god knows why because it makes their product entirely unusable. They are polite and nice in customer service and I have emailed them again asking what to do but as it seems to be a fundamental issue within the software or hardware it seems their product just doesn't work now. Which is a shame as it WAS absolutely fantastic back in 2023. There are very few home ecg monitors on the market and this company has a niche which could be amazing so I'm writing the review in the hopes that they will review this model and make it usable again because it's been so helpful to me when it was previously working well. It's a real shame that something has gone wrong somewhere and now the product is unusable.

Bought it on Amazon. The silicone band broke within 45 days. No customer service number only through chat/email. I can not get a refund or replacement. In the box it says 1 year warranty but I am being told I have to go through Amazon. I did and amazon tells me no returns after 30 days after that the warranty kicks in from manufacturer. So on amazon it says sold by a wellue ring sponsor....Now im being told wellue has a amazon return department. I tried and what it says is contact getwelllue/service. Did that no help.Anyone have any ideas to help me get this warrantied. Service department is horrible to deal with. When i see some movement on this i will happily re review.

I purchased the watch for my father who has had high blood pressure for most of his adult life to help monitor his health after a triple heart bypass. Unfortunately the watch hasn’t worked long enough to collect enough data. We have had to contact support once a month and all they will do is send a new watch, they aren’t able to offer a refund but they can send a replacement every month when the next one stops working. One of the replacements we received was mailed from someone personally trying to mail their back and it came without a box and from their personal address with their email printed inside of it requesting to send it back. They have never once asked us to mail ours back, but i don’t blame them because they don’t work. They last about 30 days and it’s not that it just needs charged, the screen goes out or blurs. I wish i could just get the money back and put it towards something more trustworthy. Save your money and the hassle and just get something a little more pricey. My first purchase was on 2/18/26, i notified them on 3/16/26 for a replacement. The. Again on 4/6. Again on 5/4 and now on 6/2. It’s like they only want them to last for a month
