If I was being honest, this would have been a four-star review. However the company offered me $8 to leave them a five-star review. I find that pretty shady as I value the opinion of trustpilot and behavior like this is detrimental to that trust. The device is accurate, the shipping was problem free, the product works as advertised. I thought four stars was fair as the product needs some refinement. Paying for positive reviews is not what a legitimate company would do.

Huge disappointment that the product failed 13 months after purchase. While it was working it provided reliable and accurate data. I am not willing to pay $160 per year for this. Wellue should either improve reliability or market the product as having a limited life. Here is the exchange with Wellue support: Hi Sorry to hear that. I found no benefit whatsoever from their Cold Laser & TENS device; & if anything it made my shoulder worse. High quality trials of more expensive cold laser therapy devices are mixed, yet all the reviews are positive on their site? The company did reach out to me & initially offered either a keep/rebate or a return/refund; but when I said that I would not change my initial review (now removed from their site) to being more positive they did not contact me again. So how many of the positive reviews on there have actually been changed following an offer of rebate/refund?

We purchased an oxygen concentrator from Wellue, but the battery life is much shorter than advertised. The manufacturer claimed it would last longer, but that has not been our experience. On top of that, we later found the exact same product on Alibaba for half the price. Very disappointed overall.

Resolving issues takes many, many emails with a turnaround time of 24 hours. Returning a product is close to impossible even when it is under the return policy.
