In rare situations, our teams may need to pause or reschedule a cleaning if a home’s condition prevents them from completing the service safely and effectively. Because of the nature of your responses, we were only able to continue communication in writing to ensure clarity and accuracy in addressing your concerns. The late fee referenced is designed to compensate our cleaning professionals for the time spent assessing the unit when a service cannot proceed. That said, while we are unable to offer future services in your case, we have refunded the late fee as a one-time courtesy. We wish you all the best moving forward.

While certain areas you mentioned, such as general dusting and cleaning the bathroom, were included in the service scope, some of the marks and stains present in your home were outside of the scope.
