My home smells amazing. The cleaning was good, but, there were some areas that looked unclean. There are red spots on my bedroom carpet. These were not there the morning I left. I'm not sure if the vacuum picked something up, but the spots are in clusters. The shower area never looks clean. It looks like a quick wipe down.

The clean was fine. Some cobwebs remained on the ceilings (not at all hard to reach) and towels left bundled on the floor. It was disappointing that Spruce also tried to upsell me on washing the dishes but said that they could load the dishwasher but then back tracked on that and said they couldn’t empty the few clean dishes from the dishwasher first. All in all quite expensive for what you get.

I received a notification when she was on the way and when she arrived. Most time I get the notice they're on the way when they arrive. She was also quick and efficient.
