I wish I read these reviews, I ordered 1 pair of socks yesterday, paid using paypal and saw they charged me for 4 pairs. I immediately began an inquiry and asked for a credit. They stated through emails since it has been less than 6 hrs a credit was possible. Then dead silence , no more emails which I thought was ok, a credit must be on it’s way, always the optimist ! Today I received an email , too late for a credit , because they are shipped. Another predatory online site has ripped off another trusting individual. I hope these socks do what they claim to do , somehow I doubt it. Another thing I noticed since using their site, I am getting spam texts!

Do NOT have anything to do with this company. I ordered two pairs of socks and used PayPal for my payment. An additional order for 4 pairs of socks was sent to PayPal for payment moments after my order. I did not order these four pairs and immediately tried to cancel the order. But they replied that nothing could be done because the order was being processed. I now have 6 pairs of socks that I will never wear.

Ordered 2 pairs of compressor socks. Transaction processed then a second transaction was processed for an additional 4 pairs and a recurring payment set up with PayPal. Cancelled immediately Do not touch lesson always check trust pilot before ordering

My biggest complaint is that this company offered no opportunity to edit, correct or cancel my order, even minutes after I had placed it and I noticed the error! The first time, a month ago, was when I ordered 4 pairs of the compression socks and they sent and billed me for 8 pairs. I immediately filled out a form requesting a correction, but their response was that the order was already being sent! The second time was two days ago when I was checking out their 80% discount, and without my consent to place an order I was suddenly informed that I was being billed for 4 pairs of socks and that I had paid by PayPal, when I had no intention of placing an order. And again they ignored my request to cancel the order, even minutes after they informed me of the order. They told me the socks were already being sent. So now I have 12 pairs of socks for which I’ve paid about $130, which I don’t need. If I ever get any emails from them again, I will immediately delete them, or unsubscribe if they even allow it. This company is either intentionally being dishonest, or they have exceptionally incompetent staff, or both. I notice I am only one of the many who have given very negative reviews.

An absolutely terrible company ! These things are not worth a penny ! Their sizing is not worth a word. I tore a pair attempting to put them on. They offered a 40% refund !! You would be much better off with a pair of Airline travel socks than these ! Take my advice and don’t even look at them or their pack of lies.

I ordered one pair of socks and agreed to pay by PayPal on going to my basket I find I have 1 pair + an additional four pairs!!! There was no way to delete the extra four pairs. I emailed within 1 hour of ordering. And several times thereafter. Only to be told my order has gone through. I have two transactions throughPayPal. I authorisedthe one payment at £14.95 but the other transaction went through automatically. I have called PayPal to attempt to retrieve the unauthorised payment of £52.00. Please do not buy from this company.

I ordered neuropathy socks on Saturday evening 4 pairs at 80% off. I chose PayPal for payment. At no time did I reach paypal. I then received notice every two minutes of five multiple orders , different price, size, no 80% discount. Checking my PayPal account confirmed. I immediately sent emails, filled in forms to advise soothrelieve . Received generated reply. Next email stated my order was activated to be sent. I contacted PayPal next morning reported the unscrupulous & unethical behaviour. Thank you PayPal for your prompt action funds returned.

UPDATED REVIEW: 09/30/2024 1) appears there was little concern for Customer feedback, as it took 9 months for Company to reply. 2) Reply was as unhelpful as any other of their methods. 3) I regret buying anything from Getsoothrelief. Dishonest vendor. This company has a lot of promises, but I have not had a good experience. Iordered one pair of their socks, they charged me for 4, the cost changed from $17.95 to $53.73. I emailed them and called them to cancel my order within 15 minutes, as their rules say they won't guarantee cancellation after 6 hours. They didn't answer. The next morning they emailed saying the socks had already shipped. No less than 15 emails/calls & texts to them, the say they will call me or email me..when they do, it is another email which says to look on the Answers to FAQ's. No live person ever helped me.
