So pleased with the outcome I would definitely order again

It was my fault...I didn't investigate the reviews before ordering. I ordered 4 blankets @$51.95 plus 2.99 VIP delivery & processing fee with the website promising delivery before Christmas. Of course I did not receive the blankets until a week after Christmas and 3 of 4 blankets had problems with photo placement - one cut through the head of one individual, one cut out two people from the picture I sent and the third's picture of my daughter's dog was of poor quality - it looked like Japanese anime. Customer Service refused to replace the blankets. I just recently visited TrustPilot.com and learned that 64% of reviews for GetPhotoBlanket.com were the worst rating possible. I wonder if a class action lawsuit would be warranted. I have certainly learned my lesson and will never order from GetPhotoBlanket.com again.

I uploaded a picture of my sisters dog, made the purchase, and poof: a couple weeks later the blanket was at my door. The quality of the image was perfect, just as shown in the pictures (but of our dog of course). One part the experience that could have been better was receiving a picture of what the blanket would look like when they were able to provide one.

Great customer service. Perfect blanket and representation of our dog for the blanket. Soft and very nice quality. Vivian was fantastic on shipping help and making sure arrived.

First, this is a company based in Hong Kong. I ordered for a Christmas gift and as per the website it would arrive before Christmas. It finally showed up January 7. The quality is not as shown in the images, as far as I can tell it is stock image rather than the one I sent. I would stay away from this company, you have no recourse if something goes wrong. I began asking for a refund in January but of course that was never addressed in the emails.

Horrible, horrible experience all around. Horrible shipping process and even worse blanket. Was promised delivery by Christmas but didn’t happen. Arrived with tears on blanket, worn fabric throughout, etc. Clearly a horrible product (shipping package had no damage to it, so it was not damaged in shipping) and they won’t refund my money. Run, don’t walk, from this company!

I did not do enough research on this site before I ordered, what a mistake. I used this site because I was told "if I ordered today - get before Christmas". It is 12 days after Christmas and I still do not have the product. I have tried to cancel the order, they told me I could not because it has shipped...but when I ask for shipping info - it has not. Please do not be as foolish as I was and order from this site!!

Worst thing ever. Waste of money. I ordered a custom pillow, and after waiting a while month I finally got it. It was tiny. The website is so confusing that I order the tiniest size EVER. It is small enough to be a Christmas tree ornament. Not to mention I payed 10$ for expedited shipping, and I did not get it. I ended up paying 30$ for a bad quality Christmas tree ornament. I contacted support and they were rude and dismissive of my asking for a refund. It was the worst thing I bought in my whole life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
