On their site, it promised the blanket would arrive before Christmas if ordered by a certain date. I ordered by this date and the blanket did not arrive until New Year's Eve. The company seems to use some sort of shipping partner that is not USPS, yet they give you a USPS tracking number. My order arrived a full week late, and took 21 total days to ship. While I was trying to get status on my order, the customer service took no responsibility for missing the promised shipping date and told me "not to worry, it will get there." They were not phased one bit that they missed the deadline, and didn't even take ownership of the original promise to arrive before Christmas. If you are using this company for a gift that needs to be delivered by a certain time, you should look elsewhere.

I ordered the largest blanket with a picture of my sisters boxer dog on it. I left it late to order for it to arrive before Xmas day. I emailed the customer services. They replied a few hours later and explained that it was being shipped the next day and wouldn’t arrive by Xmas. The processing and shipping dates specified when ordering were bang on. I’m very happy with the quality of the blanket and the image on the blanket. I was happy with the service and the customer services so felt it was only fair to post this. I can’t speak for all customer experiences but if you are considering a purchase go ahead and pay by PayPal. At least you won’t be out of pocket if things go wrong. Good luck!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS. The lie, refuse any customer contact.. Their email address releases are automated. They are NOT a US company so shipping is a crapshoot and communication is horrible. They chose to advertise (WILL ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS) on Dec 5 knowing full well with production and overseas shipping there was no chance, but if they didn't advertise their lies, they KNEW, people would have bought domestically.. and after 3 straight weeks of reaching out to them, with NO reply, both orders never showed for Christmas, and when the 1 order finally showed, THEY MESSED UP THE BLANKET BY SWITCHING PICTURE ORDER... Do not USE them, there are many US companies that do this

My blanket came in time for Christmas and the artwork was great.
