I am beyond happy with my order. It was a gift for a friend whose dog had just passed away. It was so easy to order and the blanket was just beautiful, very soft and lush. My friend cried when she opened the box and said it was so lifelike. I will definitely order from this company again, I had a question about my order and they responded very quickly. Highly recommend!

There was a delay in the shipment but the service and communication from the company was exceptional. Very happy with the products. I purchased them as a gift and once they received them they were ecstatic. Thank you

Customer service is AWFUL. Took well over a month for a delivery to be made with priority shipping purchased. I made them refund me my shipping fees but that's all they could do. I've honestly never seen worse customer service in my entire life.

The blankets were so soft and the photos translated well on the blanket. I was doubly impressed with how hard Photoblanket worked to correct a mistake that was made. Thank you for a great product and your efforts in giving me the perfect present for my son!

Aside from the shipping issues (FedEx delivered to the wrong address), the blanket turned out great and the quality of the fabric is so nice and soft! Amy was helpful with all my product and delivery questions. Thank you!

This is a horrible service and company! I ordered a Batman pillow for a 3-y-o and followed all the directions on their website! First issue: the package did not come on time and it was very hard to track! Second issue: the face came out soooooo blurry, I could not even recognize the face! I had emailed the company that day and told them how disappointed I was and they had asked me to send them a picture of the product and I did. They said they would have to share it with the team and to check on the details! More than 2 1/2 weeks with no response. I had to email them back and they stated that there was issues with the pixels and resolution with picture I submitted. I had then told them then that was something they should have informed me of before my product was started so I could have submitted another picture! This is the first review I have every done on a product I have bought. This is a horrible company with terrible results and customer service and I would NOT waste your money. Find another company that offers the same products!!

This is my 5th message to get photo blanket. I want clarity, it’s been a month since I’ve ordered, and was told some didn’t pass quality inspection. I have no idea which ones or if they can be fixed or if we will wait and receive a refund on those. I have no idea which ones are coming, and I received confirmation of a shipping label being printed on January 5 for some of my order and yet today is January 9 and they have not been received at the post office yet. Absolutely the worst communication I’ve ever had. I’d like to know full details of our order status. What’s coming, what’s being fixed, and/or what we’re being refunded on if pertenant. THERE RESPONSE: they only sent a tracking # which I obviously already had. NOTHING ELSE!
