Wish I read reviews before purchasing. I ordered Xmas presents in November haven't received yet and can't get info from company and USPS. I have emailed and called post office put in a claim over a week ago. Nothing. Not happy with this company and USPS.

I love the photo blanket products! I ordered a personalized Batman "pillow" and had my granddaughter's photo placed onto the face, so she looks like she is Batman! She is a big Marvel fan, so this is going to be a terrific gift for her and I'm proud to give it, since Photo Blanket did such a perfect job on it. They have many ideas on their site, but also allow us to be creative and do our own ideas. I love the good quality--the pillow material is very soft and cuddly. And because of the virus crisis, things move a little slower, so I appreciated their good communication, informing me of my order's progress and when to expect delivery. I highly recommend Photo Blanket and thank them for their cool products!

I was very excited to purchase a photo blanket of our dog as a Christmas present. I ordered over 3 weeks in advance and unfortunately it did not come in time. The tracking system they used was less than helpful. On my end is said the blanket had been shipped but you could not locate where is was. I reached out to customer support, they said it had been delivered. It still has not arrived. I requested 4 times that since I did not receive the blanket that they just cancel the order and refund me the money. 3 out of those 4 requests went completely ignored. Finally in my 4th request they simply responded “It says delivered. Check with family and friends.” Again no response about getting my money back. As I love alone in an apartment complex that uses package lockers, there is no possible way someone else picked it up for me & on my tracking end it still says “shipped”, not delivered! I have no blanket and have had a less than mediocre experience with customer service. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for more than 10+ years myself, I know that this is absolutely unacceptable. I will never provide my business to this company again and recommend that you steer clear!

I ordered two personalized items ordered with my brother's face for my niece and nephew. One came out pretty good, the other not so much. I contacted the company and initially they were offering a 5% discount for the inconvenience. I told them no, I didn't want 5% of $60 ( what an insult) and made sure I made it known I needed the item, not a $3 discount. They were Christmas presents and asked them to have them to me in time. I received the order today 01/3/2021. Still messed up as the first time and poor quality. Will not reorder from this company.

Missing product. They don't seem to care. They make out it is an Australian website, and give you an option for express postage, which I stupidly paid for. Estimating that I would receive my pillow in 2-5 days after the estimated 2-5 days for manufacturer. I'm Still waiting. I had someone give me a tracking number, which showed me my pillow was sitting in a warehouse in China, not moving for days. It's apparently finally in Australia, but no Australian tracking number provided. I would give them zero stars but it doesn't have that option. Do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent company. Ice requested a refund for $29.95. the price I paid for express Post. They refused. I've reported to fair trading. Massive scam. You just need to Google reviews to realise I'm not the first and won't be the last.

Worst company. They hide the fact that the company is in China and and it would take more than a month to get anything if you're lucky. The timeframe given is a total lie, and forget about doing a cancellation o try to get a refund, it won't work either. I don't know how this kind of companies are allowed to be on the market.

SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! After 20 days...company said delay due to "defective merchandise." Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. No way to contact other than email, then wait 24-48 hours for automatic response. VERY FRUSTRATING!
