I was looking for something nostalgic, sentimental and one of a kind for my brother's 40th birthday. The viewfinder was exactly that! It came on the exact day that was predicted. Wasn't super costly. Good quality. Was very happy with the product that I received!

Extremely Disappointed by the Difference Between the Advertised Quality and the Actual Products I was dissatisfied with the quality of the 4 cm figures I previously ordered, so I decided to try again with the larger 8 cm version. However, when I received the finished products, I was honestly speechless. There was a significant difference between the quality shown on the website and promotional pages and the actual products I received, particularly in the facial features and expressions. I fully understand that preview images may differ slightly from the final physical products due to manufacturing limitations. However, what I received was far beyond what I would consider a reasonable difference. Frankly speaking, the finished figures looked like completely different characters. I work in the manufacturing industry myself, and if we delivered products with such a significant difference in quality compared to what had been presented to the customer, I would not be surprised if the customer demanded a remake or a full refund. To be fair, the customer support team was polite and responsive, and I received a partial refund of 500 JPY. I appreciate their assistance in this regard. However, I strongly believe that the company should display actual photographs of finished products on its website so that customers can have a realistic understanding of the quality they can expect. I would also genuinely like to know how I should have placed my order to receive a product with the same level of quality shown on your website and promotional pages. Is there a specific ordering method, option, or requirement that I overlooked? If so, I would appreciate a clear explanation. Unfortunately, I have no intention of using the products I received. This turned out to be an expensive lesson, but it taught me the importance of verifying the actual manufacturing quality before ordering custom-made products. I hope this review will help other potential customers make an informed decision.

I have not received any email what so ever after placing a 52 usd order. I have ofcause also not received the items I have ordered. The money has ofcause been drawn from my card. I would not recommend buying from this site. This is probably a full on scam site (which o feel like an idiot for falling for)
