Hello. I got my order today, but colored markers was not added…but blanket is good quality

I would have given a 5 star however I got an email that my order was confirmed then nothing. Once I reached out to support they ensured everything was taken care of and refunded my priority shipping. I can’t give a 5 star because it was far from perfect but simply reaching out they were efficient and able to get the product ordered and being sent. I’m excited to get it. Sitting around and coloring on a blanket while watching tv sounds like a blast I can’t wait. Everything below was before support got involved and resolved the situation. ——————-!!!!———!!!!————!!!!!!——!!!!!— Placed my order a month ago. Got the order ci formation and funds were taken from my account. No email update or anything but I went back and looked and my order was “OUT OF STOCK” so basically they were hoping I would forget about it and they could take my money and never fill the order. I have reached out with no response. I wouldn’t recommend to buy this item as for me personally my order was never shipped or delivered and no effort was made to make it right.

Was originally sent wrong item but Customer Service got back to me immediately to rectify

Really fast delivery. A few little downsides though. I order the cushion with the image on both sides. The back side is mirror image so the writing is back to front. There is also a small print error or mark on one side.

It came on time,my two year old loves it with his daddy’s face on and cuddles with it when he misses him
