purchased a photo blanket for a friend of mine for christmas, they loved it!

They cut my dog's paw off and nearly his nose and rear end. Photo was of him in a field, stalking and having picked up a scent. They chose to cut him out of the background and lay him in portrait orientation, scaled to the extreme bottom and left and right edges of the blanket. Customer service is very responsive to communicate, but not to resolve the issue or satisfy the customer. I'll have to see if I can find the software and tools to make these myself because I would send a proof to my customer, if I were thinking of deviating from the quality of the photo examples I shared on my ad. I was willing to pay the premium price in hopes of receiving a premium product. That's not who this Chinese company is.
