I guess I’m not the only one who ordered parts on 04/02/2021 but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and just wait and see what happens

I ordered some Chevy bow tie emblems on the 15th and I never got an email saying they sent so a few days ago I tried getting into contact with them through their contact us on the website never heard anything. I tried to use the live chat it said all the representatives were busy so I was sixth in line it said that from 9 AM till about four or 5:00 in the afternoon. So today I sent over six messages to the contact us telling them to cancel the order and to refund me my money still haven’t heard a word. Messed up thing is they were a birthday gift for my father for his new Chevy. So I got in contact with a real Chevy dealer yesterday the part is already almost to my house. Get own parts.Con should be shut down. I WANT MY MONEY Refunded Immediately!!! Update: still haven’t heard from anyone at getoemparts.com, I’ve even sent a few more emails to their support email. I just want my money put back onto my card, that’s all. I have already got the Chevy emblems from the real Chevy dealer in the mail today and my father will get his gift on time tomorrow for his birthday thanks to Tom Gill Chevrolet. Oh and I got it over nighted for only $13. And getoemparts.com charged me $11 for regular ol’ standard shipping. I know the people that work for getoemparts.com are on here reading this so why won’t you just refund me my money? Why won’t you email me back? Why are you playing these games with peoples money especially during this pandemic? Jesus Christ just give me my money back! UPDATED #2 To anyone who hasn’t got their money or oder canceled stop emailing getoemparts.com and go to tascaparts.com and email them. It is the same Company running both sites I guess. They have the same phone number and address. I emailed them telling them what was wrong and how I was being completely ignored and yes I was a little rude but no customer should have to go through this. Well a few hours later I got an email saying that my money would be refunded to my card. The money only took one day to be put back onto my card. So everybody email Tascaparts.com tell them your order number and what’s wrong they should take care of you. I’m thankful they helped me out but I will never order another part from sites like that. I will stick to the dealership. And P.S I don’t believe the girl who just posted about getting parts for her boyfriend from getoemparts.com, and gave them a good review, I think she might work there or her boyfriend works there just sayin’

They took my money and ran. I finally disputed my charge which could take up to a month to solve. Sent emails tried calling to no response. Please take note of this it’s not good business practice and I should be refunded my money hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for nothing “getoemparts” or it’ll show up as “tasca automotive group” on your bank/credit statement. Check BBB reviews they’re not approved and there’s more negative reviews then positive.

I ordered a part over a month ago and still haven’t got it. I called 1000 times I sent 15 emails and nothing. This must be a scam idk what to do about my money! Do not order from here runnnnnnnnnnn!

I have emailed and tried to use chat multiple times to request an update on order 280616 ordered on 4/13/21. Nothing. Crickets. No one desires to communicate. I am left to believe this is an unreputable company. If the part is unavailable, I should not have been charged until it was and should have been contacted with a that information. I would like a refund but have no ability to do so. I plan to dispute this with my card company because their lack of communication is dreadful.

I wish I could give it no star but you can't this is the worst company to order from waiting a month for my part they don't answer texts and you can't call them save your money and buy from someone else

Don’t order from here. Never received my order but was billed through PayPal. Only until after I started a dispute (2.5 weeks after being charged) did they then attempt to ship the order instead of just canceling it as asked. Still don’t have it 3 weeks later and dispute is still pending.
