Like many online retailers, we rely on shipping carriers to deliver our products, and when their service falls short, it unfortunately affects the experience we can offer. Your order was picked up by USPS, and it appears to have been lost in transit. That said, unlike many stores—and even though this situation is not caused by us—we never leave our customers to deal with carriers on their own. Whenever a package is delayed or missing, we immediately take responsibility. In your case, we have already reshipped your order today and fully refunded you for the inconvenience.
