Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. Our maternity collection was created specifically for the needs of pregnant women, so there's no reason why you'd love our tights in general but not the maternity line. Our Play Gloss is more sheer, much softer, and requires a little more caution but is one of our bestsellers, as most of our customers love the sheerness, comfort & resistance to ladders. We are constantly experimenting with the optimal balance of style, comfort, and durability, and each of our products is unique. Unlike others, we do not focus solely on maximizing durability, as we want our tights to be your second skin, rather than being bulletproof. If durability is more important to you, our Semi Opaque can compete with any product on the market, and with our signature seamless waistband, the fit is much more comfortable and feels smoother and softer to the touch. In your case, the carrier attempted to deliver your order, but the package was returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery. You contacted us, and we immediately sent you a free replacement. After the second delivery attempt failed, we immediately refunded your order in full, not partially. If that is not taking responsibility, we do not know what is, and we sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. We don't want you to leave with such a bad experience, so we'd like to try shipping your order again. I placed another replacement order, free of charge, and hopefully this time it will be delivered.
