Waste of time and money. This product is NOT ready for release yet. The software is terrible. The parts are cheap (no matter how hard you try the camera won't tighten to the clip which makes it lean slightly). Wanted to use this for YouTube videos but when I open screen flow and select the camera and then hit record it does nothing. Lol, it's even messing up my recording software. I've never run into that with any other webcam. DO NOT BUY THIS. Period. I hope I can get a refund. If not I'll definitely be disputing the charges with my bank. Shame on you guys for releasing something that is NO WHERE near ready.

Context: I'm a licensed psychologist coaching cofounders to better navigate conflict, strengthen decision-making, and enhance alignment. Between my therapeutic and coaching clients, I have about 25 video sessions per week (zoom), all with a ring light in an office setting with nearby windows using a laptop. Pros: Easy setup. Aesthetically pleasing. Has high-end capacity for clear video calls. Works well for me in low light / evening conditions. Obvious upgrade from the mac's camera. Cons: 1. Auto exposure settings leads to constant and extreme over-exposure. This issue forces me to manually slide the exposure between calls based on time of day and ambient light conditions. Sometimes, I have to adjust multiple times even with a call or my video will become far too dark or far too light. This inconvenience alone made me regret this purchase. 2. Color / hue challenges as well, though not as significant of an issue as the difficulties with exposure iMO. 3. Lack of information to refine the picture settings. I love the wide range of settings to toggle and improve the picture, but am frustrated there's not a more detailed guide or walk through to perfect my setup. I feel like I am using this to about 75-80% of its capacity. Overall, I want to like this camera and preferred this to existing options and other startups. I like its aesthetic and ease of setup, but feel frustrated with the auto adjustment settings, especially exposure, which makes this setup far more tedious and time intensive to use on a daily basis. Looking back, I would have picked an established camera instead.

Not off to a good start at all. Support is all on Taiwan time which is the middle of the night here. North American support is coming in a couple of months. In the meantime I am dead in the water and no help available.

Not such a great camera. Drivers have to load before camera work. Microphone can barely hear me in Zoom unless I shout.

The hardware is great. Good quality video. But the software is horrible. So many bugs. I can't possibly use the software (because it's so buggy) and I'm on an Intel Macbook Air from 2020.

I ordered this a long time ago. Company hasnt send me anything. Very hard to get through to anyone. Still waiting for my order. Feels like a scam.

After months of shipping delays, it is difficult however I'll start off on a positive note. The hardware is excellent and feels really premium. It also has a premium feel when unboxing (think apple) so it's quite nice in that respect. It's neat and looks the part in my workspace BUT although I wasn't expecting the software to be perfect, (I appreciate it's working progress beta) the video quality is shockingly bad. Like really bad. The quality is blurry and looks like a 720p cam at best. If you are using a Logitech stream cam/brio, razer etc or similar you will notice this straight away. I don't see how the software is going to improve this to be honest. But we'll see. I was never really interested in the bells and whistles (cameraman etc) I just needed a quality webcam that looked great for my client calls. Sadly I was left massively disappointed and felt duped into the creative marketing they have. In my view, the product is just not ready for the market. I can only imagine how tough it is for a start-up to enter this market but you just cannot sell something that does not do what it says on the tin. It is not 4k quality. Oh and it doesn't work on Loom either - something I use every day Still, the product does have hope but if you need a webcam that works 'out the box' look elsewhere. Update: After speaking with support who were very helpful I managed to set up the camera to a good quality. My recommendation is to reach out to support who will help you set up the device. Added an addtional star.

Software releases need to speed up. At this point there is no difference between this camera and a logitech
