Since I am in a wheelchair this service is invaluable to me. The tech was pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient. It was over before I knew it!

The appointment was easy to set up. It was confirmed both by text and email. Reminders were received by text and email. The day of the appointment the phlebotomist arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. A text was received that let me know the specimens were dropped off at Labcorp.

The first employee they sent to do my labs was horrible. He was playing music on his phone in my home, and while setting up, he wasn’t very professional and then he apparently didn’t label my labs so there were never any results. I had to contact the company I purchased through and only then a week and a half later did they tell me there were no results and reschedule my appointment. Then they cancelled the reschedule at 6:30 am only to reschedule it without asking about availability. So now I’m three weeks out from when this should be completed. However the second employee who came out was very professional, Michelle E, and she labeled my samples, was very efficient and I got a text confirming my labs were delivered. She gets a 10, but overall I have not enjoyed working with GetLab.

My phlebotomist Aneesha was amazing today. I am someone with severe anxiety with bloodwork and a history of fainting and Aneesha made the whole process quick and understood what I needed to feel okay. She was the best and I’d want her again!

The ability to get blood drawn from home is so convenient for the mobility/transportation challenged. Getlabs techs are friendly, fast, and skilled. I paid extra for a weekend draw, but so glad to have that option, and absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Getlabs for excellent home service.

We decided to use Getlabs for our 6 year old son to make the process a comfortable one. This was his first time getting his blood drawn and did not want him to feel scared. The nurse that came to our home was very gentle and took the time to pick the best possible spot. I would highly recommend to friends & family!
