Great service. I've used this service 4 times and it's been great. Wonderful staff. Bonus: I don't need to take time off work to take care of my health. I simply work remotely, scheduling visit at my home where I can work up to the minute the practitioner arrived. An in office visit requires 3-4 hours of my time for: traveling to and from the lab office, parking, waiting, getting the service, and dealing with traffic. The practitioners are always so pleasant, professional, and there's no wait. Highly recommend.

Tammy was on time, delightful, and professional! The lab draw was virtually painless. Tammy communicated very well during the entire process.

This is the second time I've engaged Getlabs for my mother who is bed bound. Each time they rescheduled the appointment without contacting me first. It is because they said the lab order wasn't correct. The problem: they rescheduled the day before when I sent the lab order in weeks before. They could have notified me at any moment before the day before that the lab order was wrong. As an update, I contacted my mother's doctor's office on Wednesdsay, July 30, and explained the situation. They faxed over the lab order, which is the same one I emailed them at least a couple of weeks before. A Getlabs agent contacted me through text that they received the order and it was correct. The funny thing is that it's the SAME LAB ORDER that I sent in previously. Regardless, they re-scheduled my mother's appoinment to Thursday morning July 31 and the technician Lisette was prompt, friendly, thorough and efficient. She had come out previously and she is great. Unfortunately, I still do not want to use the company because I can't trust that they won't do the same thing in the future.

I scheduled a 2 hour window appointment between 11 and 1. I received a message that the phlebotomist would arrive at 12:03. When they hadn’t arrived by 12:30 I contacted their customer service. They called to say they would arrive by 1pm. At 1:20 I contacted customer service again. They said they would get back to me but no one did. I contacted them again at 2pm and never heard back.

The Technician was quick, painless and pleasant. I'm waiting for my results.
