I had my blood test done today with Liliana, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. She is a true professional with a kind and calming spirit that immediately puts you at ease. The way she carries herself, her precision, and her care make what could be a stressful experience feel effortless.
Moving forward, I truly only want to have Liliana for my monthly tests. The comfort and confidence she provides are absolutely priceless. Thank you, Liliana, for your outstanding service and genuine compassion!

Really wanted this to work
Really wanted this to work. Fasted overnight and through an 8-10am window, only to get a no-call-no-show. After complaining, I got a call 15 minutes later saying it would be "over an hour" before they could get to me, citing traffic and rain. Honestly, that seems hard to believe, maybe there is not enough coverage in my region, but that's not acceptable either. The only thing that worked right is the refund, which was prompt, hence 2 stars.

WARNING
WARNING! If you use your mobile phone to make an appointment for a lab visit at Labcorp, be careful that you DON'T SELECT "Getlabs". Getlabs is contracted with Labcorp to provide home visits in lieu of you going to the Labcorp location yourself. It is confusing and frankly underhanded how they insert themselves into the process, and they charge an upfront fee of $99.00. Most people have insurance that covers lab fees and do not have to pay anything. However, once you make an appointment with Getlabs, they surprise you with a visit to your home from a person who is supposed to take your blood, etc. And, should you happen to not be at home (perhaps driving to your Labcorp location for the appointment you thought you made), they will keep your $99.00. Should you want to schedule another appointment with them, they will charge you ANOTHER $99.00.
When I became aware that a person was actually going to come to my house to perform my lab tests, I canceled the appointment that same day (within an hour of selecting the wrong app button). Then after requesting to speak with a supervisor the next day, a supervisor, named Josh, called me and apologized for the confusion and promised that he was processing a full refund for me as we spoke.
It has now been over 2 weeks since my refund was promised and I have not received a refund from Getlabs.
Update - I just received a call from a Getlabs representative named Kay who told me that Josh had apparently failed to press a "refund key" so that is why my refund did not process. She said that she was doing that today and that my refund should arrive in approximately 5 days.
We'll see.
Nonetheless - I urge anyone considering using Getlabs to NOT use them if they have insurance that includes their lab fees. Getlabs has simply found a way to take money, mainly from seniors who don't know any better, and Getlabs doesn't want you to know this.
UPDATE: 8/25/25 -- The refund that was promised on 8/5/25 was finally processed on 8/20/25. My Trustpilot review and a call to the President of Labcorp (the company Getlabs is contracted with) helped instigate the refund.
I still do NOT recommend using Getlabs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the confusion you experienced. To clarify, Getlabs is a separate service from Labcorp that gives patients the option of having a licensed phlebotomist come to their home to complete lab work. Many of our patients choose this option because they’re unable to travel to a lab in person, and we’re proud to provide that support.
In your case, it looks like the appointment was booked with us by mistake. We fully refunded your payment, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in processing that refund. While this was an unfortunate mix-up, please know that our service is designed specifically for people who need care brought to them, and we always want patients to feel confident about the choices they make when scheduling.

I generally love this service BUT
I generally love this service, but the first time I used it—the Hyattsville MD location—they didn’t process according to my doctor’s orders, wouldn’t return the many detailed messages I left nor reimburse me the $99 for the mobile visit even though I had to get the labs done all over again elsewhere. Since then, it’s been good though. I wish someone would contact me about that first big mistake they made and make it right.

The representative did a great job and I love having the labs done at home so I didn’t have to go out.
