The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and easy. Communication was amazing. Phlebotomy team member was professional and did a great job. This was far better than any LabCorp or Quest in lab draws I've experienced. Highly recommend!

Have your labs for your annual physical—or to check the effectiveness of a medication—drawn at home. There is no reason for people to spend productive hours driving, parking, and waiting to have their blood drawn in a lab. No reason to pay the markup charged by the entities that “own” the lab and get reimbursed for every drop of blood.

Nurse did not do all of the labs requested on the lab slip...I really need this test done ASAP!!! Now I have to wait 48-72 hours for an investigation ...still haven't heard a thing back!

The lab was unable to process one of the tests due to a discrepancy in the test information provided by the ordering physician, which is why it was not completed. GetLabs failed to complete one of the doctor's orders and has not made good on their error. GetLabs is impossible to reach by phone. Only email communications which are irrelevant and don't address the issue. UPDATE: The reply GetLabs posted to this review is a lie. No one at GetLabs has asked for the missing lab order. I have many attempts to contact a "support team" as they suggest below, but can only send emails. (They respond to this review, but not emails. )
