I made an appointment for Wednesday and getlab rescheduled my appointment three times. There is no phone number that I could contact and also no one responded to my emails

I have had 3 appointments canceled by this company. The first had no communication- the technician just didn’t show up. The next two were canceled the day before. Their hours are completely unworkable for someone who works 9-5 M-F unless you get up at the crack of dawn, but they’ll cancel that appointment anyway. Update: I had a 4th appointment cancelled. If my medical provider used a different company, I’d be thrilled. Sadly, I can’t go with anyone else. I write this as the tech is confirmed to be half an hour away. It should not take 5 appointments and nearly a month for a simple blood draw.

Booked via Function Health for the blood test. Fasted and prepared, taking care of pets, etc like they asked. Exactly at 10am they call saying they can't come for the appointment, it's like the knew but didn't want to tell us about it. Really annoying to have to book all of this to now wait another to day to go in person anyways to get the testing done.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Phoenix area, scheduled online through Labcorp portal because they are terrible too - hard getting an appt, nearest one is half hour away, always still have to wait. Received email and text confirmation, received email and text appt reminder, appt window comes and goes with no contact - no text, no phone call, no email. Website is all AI bots saying sorry but offering no solution. Of course they took $100 from my account immediately. What a B.S. company model. Now add the hassle of trying to get my money back and I’m still back where I started. So much for being convenient. Wish I had checked reviews first.

What a wonderful service for having our blood work done in the comfort of our home. The staff was friendly, and we didn't even feel the needles! The two ladies were professional and experienced. It was worth the expense to have our lab work right from home! I highly recommend Getlabs' in-home routine lab service.

We use GetLabs for our individuals with disabilities and were so lucky to get Lina B as our phlebotomist this time. She was extremely patient and understanding during the entire appointment. She really made this a positive experience for everyone and we couldn't be happier.

My husband and I have both had appointments cancelled in the past week. We both fasted, had early appointments which we were up and ready for and they cancelled with very little notice. An overall poor experience. I have asked for a refund, my husband chooses to reschedule and so we shall see!!!!
