I was promised a visit between 8 - 10am. The technician arrived after 11am. By then I had been awake for 6 hours and had an extreme headache due to lack of food and caffeine. And I had to keep postponing my plans. I won't use them again.

Felicia has EXCELLENT communication from start to finish. Texted how long she was going to be before arriving. Was well prepared for my specific test procedure. Very skilled nurse specifically while drawing my blood. Did not feel a thing. I will be requesting Felicia for my next appt. She was very caring and great listener.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I received from Getlabs today. I paid $100 for an appointment scheduled between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. It is now 8:50 AM, no one has arrived, and I have received no clear explanation or effective solution. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no reliable customer service phone number where I can speak to a real person when something goes wrong. For a company providing a healthcare-related service, leaving a customer waiting for almost three hours with no direct way to reach anyone is completely unacceptable. I organized my entire morning around this appointment and paid a significant amount specifically for the convenience of an at-home service. Instead, I have wasted my time waiting for a phlebotomist who never showed up. I expect an immediate explanation, a full refund of the $100 I paid, and confirmation of how Getlabs plans to resolve this situation. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer experience.

I just had my blood drawn by Darlyn. She was amazing. The most painless blood draw I have ever had. She was not only on time for the visit but actually early. I would definitely ask for her if I needed this service again.

Getlabs is having tech issues but only tells you after they get photos and take your credit card. Then they have a phone number that you click on and it tells you to go to their website where you will enter data again and talk to a useless AI bot if you ask for human support you will wait 20 min and get no response

Getlabs just called to reschedule my blood draw associated with @Geviti - the night before an early morning schedule appointment. This is a similar experience I had with them at @LifeForce and the primary reason I canceled my 2 year relationship with them. This Is unacceptable to call the night before to reschedule (which in my experience gets rescheduled over and over, and then canceled) my appointment. Every company that partners with them should reconsider their relationship.

Diamond was a sweetheart . She was polite , fast and made me feel calm. Highly recommend diamond!!

Nicole was phenomenal. She was extremely professional and very personal. Her communication was clear, and her energy was infectious. I have “moving veins” and she was smooth in finding my vein to draw my blood. It was an extremely good experience for a phlebotomy appointment.
