Super convenient at the time I chose, Diana the phlebotomist was on time, friendly, and very professional, the blood draw was completely painless. She answered all my questions and was finished in about 10 minutes. Definitely easier and faster than going to the local Labcorp location.

I scheduled an appointment for 1/15. The phlebotomist called me on the evening of the 13th and said she would be handling my appointment but needed to get some special lab collection materials for my appointment. She was very pleasant and said someone from GetLabs would call to reschedule my appointment. I had a phone call on the 14th from someone at GetLabs. She had a tv blaring in the background and a child screaming. I could hardly understand what she was saying. She rescheduled my appointment and once I got off the phone, I saw this idiot had cancelled my appointment. I’ll never use GetLabs again. The price used to be reasonable but $99 is too much. I’ve had problems with my last 3 appointments with the tech getting the lab samples to LabCorp on time. This used to be a good company but the service has gone downhill.

It's been convenient aligned well with my work schedule, I didn't have to go anywhere specially with the inclement weather that time. Also, the tech was professional did all what it takes was fast quick as I expected.

Had a scheduled appointment between 8am - 10am today. Received email tech would be there 8:54. At 9:30 I received an email stating my appointment was cancelled for no reason. No phone call, no email, no text. I had to leave my job to go to Labcorp since I needed the results right away. I will never use them again.
