Very easy and helpful for busy caregivers like myself who have to work and get my mom with Alzheimer's to multiple appointments. Getlabs made things simple! Instead of delaying care, now my mom and her provider are able to have the information they need because she was able to get her lab work from home! The Getlabs phlebotomist was on time, professional, friendly and patient in dealing with my mom.

I was having an issue with my back so couldn't get in to quest ,this was a life/ pain relief. Damaris was efficient, on time nurse who was finished in a few minutes and best of all no bruising at needle site. Only issue is I wish insurance covered at least part of the cost, however I thank you for the service.

This company is phenomenal they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable at the time of the appointment the phlebotomist was very professional her name is Sade and she had a very good attitude and after a few failed attempts in the past with other companies she was able to get the lab tests that were needed on the first try she was very patient and I will definitely be using this company again and hopefully the same phlebotomist as well I highly recommend if you're looking for a phlebotomist to come to your home go with this company! The customer service is great and the phlebotomist that came to my home was awesome!
