I've had such an incredible experience with GetLabs! From the seamless online scheduling to the helpful text updates and the outstanding phlebotomists, I couldn’t be more pleased. Tara & Brittany were absolutely amazing! As someone who’s a notoriously hard stick, blood draws and IVs can be painful and nerve-wracking. But these two were some of the kindest, most skilled professionals I’ve ever met. Their warmth, expertise, and calming presence made all the difference. I was genuinely blown away by their care, and I’ve even said multiple prayers of gratitude to God for them! GetLabs has earned my highest recommendation, and I’ve already told my friends about this fantastic service. Thank you for everything!

Total scam. After taking money they rescheduled me three times and tried to upcharge me. On the third time they canceled less than 1/2 hour from my appointment time. Waste of time and energy, and now I’m back to square one with getting my bloodwork done when I was looking for convenience.

Such a convenient service and their technicians are always prompt, courteous, professional, and experienced. I love GetLabs!

My phlebotomist was on time, efficient and friendly. She was able to get my sample quickly and it was painless. Love that they were able to come to me. I didn’t have to take a half day from work. Just popped out for 10 mins and was back to work.

Getlabs Has horrible customer service. Complete phone contact form with promise of return call in 180 minutes. Two days later, nothing. Same with request for email contact. Appointment that was set for me and my mom at my mom's house, #GetLabs changed me to another day without my knowledge or approval, when my test was urgent. Now I have to drive from Pompano to Miami for test. Absolutely NO FREAKING customer support!!!! Will never use these slugs again!!!

I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance (received numerous texts reminding me about it) and 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival window, GetLabs called and cancelled the appointment. The only explanation was that the tech “couldn’t make it.”

The technician was fantastic. Very sweet, I hardly felt the stick and she just made me feel calm. It was a fantastic experience

The only reason I’ll give you one star is because the tech was very nice I received almost a half dozen reminders of my appointment for between 6 AM and 8 AM. The Tech never showed during that time. Instead almost 30 minutes after the 8 AM window I get a text message saying the tech will be there by 8:50 then another one by 9:10. That’s over one hour and 10 minutes later than the window. It wouldn’t be bad if you didn’t have to pay for this service, but when you spend the money for a scheduled appointment, you expect people to show up. To compound matters, customer service does not open till 9 AM Pacific time. What are you supposed to do if you’re at East Coast and it’s 6 AM here. You’re only option to sit and wait and do nothing. At the end of this abysmal experience, I got a text message saying that the tech was arriving at my home and if I wasn’t there in 10 minutes, she was leaving. How rude and inconsiderate. You give your customers 10 minutes, but you waste an hour and a half of their day. This is a horrible company, never use them
