The technician arrived on time after giving approximate time of arrival. She was very professional and sweet and an excellent technician! She hit the vein on the first stick and I have horrible veins. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would be happy to recommend Getlabs to everyone.

The phlebotomist was caring, kind, and gentle. Her bedside-manner was impeccable and equally matched with her skill to draw blood on the first try, which was a first for me, as I am a difficult "stick". This employee should be the hallmark for all healthcare workers in and out of the company - it would be in the company's best interest to have her train/lead others on cultivating a company culture that invests in the relationships with all stakeholders.

I e used this service twice. First time went ok, second has been an absolute disaster. From being blown off when my samples where unaccounted for to trying to get a retest because the phlebotomist who came to my home, didn't finish the requisition at the lab and my samples where discarded by the lab. Basically I paid for this service and didn't get nearly close to what I paid for. My advise is to avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience with Getlabs. They had to send someone out 4 times to get my blood and each time the two labs Quest and Labcorp reported the samples were handled improperly or the wrong tubes were used. They used to be good but this time they were a disaster! Do not recommend this company for your labs. They have went down hill quickly. I have reached out to Customer Support and they were suppose to have sent my issues to a Supervisor which I requested. That was weeks ago and I have never heard from upper management. I'm in the Tampa Bay area.
