Julia was quick to help with an issue that I was having with a Tick Tag. Cannot believe the customer service/support, when I decided to take a chance to inquire on a previous order. Gotta love our FurBabies, and the support from FurLife!

I tried these as an alternative to regular flea prevention. It was a little skeptical at first but found that that do work. I left the pendant sit out for about a week as advised due to my dog being a little weird about the smell. Then I put it on her collar and it has been a year and no.fleas and all is well. Now I am ready to order a.new one. Maybe try some of the other products too.

I work with a group that help find dogs and cat new home They are called Animal welfare league of the Northern Neck of Va. I do a lot of fostering for them.I will tell everyone about the Fur Life. I have been using their pendants for my dogs for 2 years and love them. I recently replaced them for this year and 1 is working great but 1 was defective. I messaged them and the very same day Julia got back to me and they sent me out a new pendant at no cost. Quick, curtious, and brilliant customer service. Thank you so much Julia for your quick response and service. Much appreciated. Great company!

The Furlife pendants are any lasting maybe a month. I wrote in and Julia was amazing!! She is sending me 2 new ones!
