I purchased a few items for my two dogs and I received a message from a really nice person who explained everything to me so I knew what I actually needed to buy for my dogs however I forgot to select the colors I wanted and I reached out to support and Julia fixed my problem quickly thanks so much furlife I'm sure my dogs will be grateful as well

I want to say that I would have given them a 5 but the first response did not taking my concern seriously. After that though customer service knocked it out of the park. They were great to work with and quick to respond. They solved my issue quickly and efficiently. We do love this product and so do my animals. JeAnn and Julia were on it double time. They helped make up for the mistake and made it right. They explained things when I had questions and were patient with my responses. Thank you

I was recently told about FurLife by my uncle who uses the products for both his cat and dog. Recently our dog had picked up fleas, which was a disaster.. I ordered a 12month collar as soon as he told me about it.. it came, smells AMAZING, and seemed to be helping deter anything during his trips outside to the potty.. day 4 rolled around and I noticed his furlife was oily when I was removing his collar to give him a precautionary bath.. that’s when I realized his furlife was completely empty.. I emailed the support line immediately with a picture of proof and was emailed almost directly back (on a Saturday night) by Julia— who was understanding, helpful, and friendly. FurLife had a replacement shipped that same night. We are eager for it to get here, and hoping we have better luck this go around. Thank you!!!
