The product sucks and so does the company. I bought this for 40 dollars and decided to give it time to see if it works. It didn't and when I contacted the company they said it was over 30 days and they basically told me to FO. Lousy customer service and crap product

I am a new customer and accidentally ordered 2 FurLife pendants and only have 1 dog! So I replied to my order email and explained the issue. JeAnne responded super quick and is correcting my problem with a refund! This level of customer service has gained a permanent customer! I definitely will spread the word.

I was asked to review and rate how the pendant was working for our cat. Unfortunately he lost the pendant and the collar it was on within a week or so and so we're unable to rate it. Julia from Furlife was great and understanding about our misfortune. Julia offered to send a replacement for free so that we can try it. Thank you so much Julia.

I have told everyone about this company and appreciate the opportunity to tell it here. I ordered four all-natural flea and tick repellent pendants for my and my sister's four dogs. I have to say I was pretty skeptical. The cost was about the same as three month's worth of Frontline Plus topical chemical flea and tick protection that we've used for decades. I have never been comfortable putting chemicals on my animals, but the only alternative was to have them EAT chemicals, which seems like a worse idea. I thought, "How can something this inexpensive, all natural, one-size-fits-all (the dogs weigh 9 lbs, 11 lbs, 55 lbs and 75 lbs) AND work for an ENTIRE YEAR be even POSSIBLE? What the heck, they say they guarantee it, and although I've never heard of the company, worst case scenario is it won't work, you won't be able to contact the company, but my credit card will refund it. Why not just try it and see?" I have to say that this was the biggest surprise I've had in literally decades!! It's been nearly two months, and not a single bug has come NEAR any of the dogs! The pendants smell so good, the rubber stretches to fit any collar, But about two weeks ago, one of the gel-type circles somehow fell out of one of the pendants. The company had an email on their website, and I was like, great, not even a phone number? I'll never hear anything back. ANOTHER wonderful surprise - I heard back the VERY NEXT DAY from JeAnne and Julia, who wrote the kindest, most personal email and assured me that a replacement - in the same color even, what great attention to the smallest detail - had ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED! It was really fast and arrived today! You just don't see that kind of honest, professional, personal and HUMAN service anymore! No bots! No excuses! No ignoring customers! No fake promises! IMMEDIATE SERVICE - WHAAAAT?!?!? This is only the THIRD company in the last 15 or so years that I have found that operates "old-school", with the two wonderful actual people JeAnne and Julia! All they asked was if I could please consider leaving a review - they are a small company - I would have written this review on YELP anyway, without being asked, because I always leave reviews for either really bad service (many times) and for stellar service (only three times) and this company IS SO WORTH IT!! Like I said to myself and am saying to you, what the heck, you have nothing to lose, just try it - you and your dogs and your wallet have EVERYTHING to gain INCLUDING amazing customer service! Thank you a thousand times JeAnne and Julia at Fur Life! You can also look at my Facebook page tomorrow at Kryss von Walz (and I only post maybe four times a year) but the picture of the pendant and the experience with JeAnne and Julia at Fur Life is going up - no dogs should have to use chemicals to keep fleas and ticks away, and it only cost us about $100 bucks FOR ALL NATURAL PROTECTION FOR A WHOLE YEAR - WITH A REAL GUARANTEE - FOR FOUR DOGS! WHAAAAT?!?!? We are looking FURward to doing a LIFEtime of business with JeAnne and Julia at Fur Life!!! 🧬

I ordered the wrong product and asked to return it after explaining why, Roy told me that they would send the product I wanted without charge and I did not have to return the one that I received. I like their product and will continue to use it on my pup
