My dog’s flea collar broke 2 months after purchase, so I emailed Furlife to see if there was anything that could be done. I was very surprised to be contacted the same day. Julia was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. Purchased for two adult dogs that have been on medication for tick repellant in the past. Wanted to try a more natural repellant for this year, does not live up to expectations at all. Both dogs have had engorged ticks on the neckline near the collars. Compared to medication, these collars are a liability. Email communications quote "the full effect of the collar begins within a few days up to three weeks". Don't waste this time, go with a trusted medicated source. "...while our anti flea and tick collar is highly effective, like any treatment, it is not 100% guaranteed". So where does your 100% guarantee kick in? "Should you see no change after a period of 25 days, please do not hesitate to reach out to us". If it takes 5+ days to deliver from purchase date, what's left in the 30 day guarantee?

If I could give 0 I would since I put t He color on my fog he’s had 2 seizures Become antisocial and lethargic I took it off after 1 month He is getting back to his old self I wish I could get the company to pay for the 3 vet visits I’ve had to have due to this collar They advertise natural will not harm your pet BS!!!!! I do not recommend

I live rurally. My cocker spaniel has had frequent visits from fleas which I think he gets from the possums and kangaroo's in my area. I have struggled in the past with keeping them off him. Since he has had the collar on we seem to be clear of the fleas. Very happy with the product.

I originally rated this pretty high, my animals were not “infested” I was using this along with their meds and today I found several fleas and ticks on my babies. Not happy at all!!!! I reached out and the response I got was basically buy more of our products and maybe that will help. Hello your company has 100% satisfaction policy and telling me to buy more products isn’t 100% guarantee.
