This is well worth the money and the peace of mind when it comes to my dogs. It completely changed the way they were so miserable itching. It did not make either of them sick from the material inside. It works!!! I’ll be purchasing more!!

Simple to attach to collar, time will tell if this works as well as the colored collars i purchased last year!

FurLife has worked great. No fleas or ticks on my dogs or cats. I recommend this product.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that our collars did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand your disappointment. Our collars are made with 100% natural ingredients and are designed to help repel fleas and ticks, but depending on the environment and the level of infestation, additional protection methods might sometimes be necessary. No product can guarantee complete protection, especially in areas with a high parasite presence. We take your concerns seriously and, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have issued a full refund for your purchase — no return required. We hope this gesture shows how much we value you as a customer. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. If there’s anything more we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Kind regards Marc

Horrible. Don't buy! I bought the pendants for my dogs and collars for my cats and put them on, about a week ago, as soon as I got them because we have lots of ticks in our area. I just got done pulling 15 live and feeding ticks off my poor dog. I'll be bathing her with tick shampoo in the morning to kill anymore on her. I'll be writing this review anywhere I can in hopes of helping others avoid this product that clearly does not work.

Hello Libby, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how upsetting it must be to deal with ticks on your pets. Our products are made with natural ingredients and are designed to help repel pests, but unfortunately, in areas with a heavy tick population, no solution — natural or chemical — can guarantee 100% protection. We always recommend checking pets regularly during peak tick seasons, even when using preventative products. If there is anything further we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. We truly wish your pets a fast recovery and good health moving forward. Kind regards Marc

I ordered 3 8month flea treatment collars for my little dogs. The collars smelled like nothing but rubber. 3 green collars. I had cleaned my home of fleas and gave my dogs, a full and complete flea bath the morning of the date that I receive them. I followed the directions for the collars. I was very hopeful. The collars did nothing. I actually waited a week and a half to two weeks, before I contacted the company to let them know that they don’t work. When I did email the company they had a lot of excuses. We emailed back and forth for a few days. I then I asked for a refund… I heard nothing back. I had to actually contact my credit card company to put a dispute in. I was willing to send the collars back if they sent me a call tag. ( return label ). The three colors did cost me over $85. After I put the dispute in with my credit card company, Furlife did refund my credit card. Just beware, I have three little dogs, different breeds, they didn’t work on any of them sorry to say.

I had used furlife last year and loved it. This year I ordered 4 more pods for my pups and I've been finding countless ticks latched onto them a few months into wearing the new pods :( I'm very disappointed as I loved the idea behind furlife and was hopeful I found a better alternative.
